Communication between two people, who don't share the same language can be very difficult.
The task of facilitating that conversation can be undertaken in a number of different ways, and requires a skilled professional. Business meetings, interviews, inspections, overseas visits... so many situations can require or benefit from the assistance of a translator.

Translators are not necessarily interpreters, just as a good interpreter may not necessarily be a good translator. Different qualifications, training and experience are required for interpreting and we set the bar high, demanding proven experience, positive references and testing all work applicants.

Telephone interpreting
Interpreting telephone conversations, by inviting an interpreter to the call, who is able to relay messages between the parties, is called telephone interpreting.
We are proud to provide this service, via our global network of native language, epxperienced and qualified interpreters. Dependant upon the nature of the call, and the languages required we will find the perfect interpreter for your call and put you in contact.
This is the most difficult media by which to deliver interpretation, as by nature, telephone conversations are always susceptible to misunderstanding. Our interpreters are trained to assist you in making yourself understood, occasionaly even advising rephrasing certain untranslatable speech, like local references or culturally loaded expressions or humour.
