How does telephone interpreting work?

When you sign up to our service, we will provide you with a normal landline number to call whenever you need interpretation. When you call it, you will speak to an operator who will quickly put you through to an interpreter in the language you require.
We can either create a conference call for you, or you can use your own telephony to connect the three way call with your caller. They will be able to speak to the interpreter, who will convey their message to you – and vice versa.
We also offer online access to give call centres and other office-based users the fastest possible access to interpretation services.
If you have a specific call for which you know you will need interpretation, we can arrange a conference call at a pre-programmed time.
